All laptops sold by Byte Spot come with an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Battery & Charger Warranty

14 Days
The battery and charger are covered by a 14-day warranty, provided that the charger is used under normal conditions.

Return & Replacement

Within 14 Days
Customers may request a replacement or return within 14 days of purchase.

Proof of Purchase

The original purchase invoice and warranty sticker must be present and intact. Any removal or damage to the warranty sticker will void the warranty.

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Physical damage caused by drops or impacts.
• Burns, liquid damage, or corrosion.
• Removal of stickers or labels.
• Using a charger other than the original charger.

Invoice Responsibility

Byte Spot is not responsible for lost or damaged invoices. Please keep your invoice in a safe place.

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void if the device is exposed to:
• Severe shocks or impacts.
• Burns or overheating.
• Excessive humidity or liquids.
• Extremely high temperatures.
